If you have not received your rate notice by Monday 1 April 2024, please contact your local Customer Service Centre for a copy to be mailed to you. Non-receipt of rate notices is not an acceptable excuse for late payment of rates. Council’s customer service team is committed to providing exemplary customer service and will be happy to assist with rates enquiries. Council has zero-tolerance of abusive or unacceptable behaviour of customers.

Estimated Water Readings

Council has had to estimate some water meter readings included in this levy due to an obstruction, vegetation, a locked fence or a dog on the premises.
