Publication Scheme

Our publication scheme lists information which you can routinely obtain from Council. The information is organised into seven groups. Most Queensland Government Agencies will provide information in a similar way.

    Council news, publications, reports and public notices.
  • Our Finances
    Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts.
  • Our Priorities
    What our priorities are and how we are doing.
  • Our Decisions
    Proposals and decisions. Decision making processes, internal criteria and procedures and  consultations.
  • Our Policies
    Our corporate policies describing and guiding  our functions and responsibilities.
  • Our Lists
    Lists and registers that we are required to hold by law.

If you have not been able to locate the particular information/service you are after via our website, or by contacting the relevant department within Council, you may wish to contact Council's Governance Branch on 4189 9100 to discuss your particular enquiry. In many cases, they will be able to direct you to the appropriate department.

If you are still unable to access the information you are seeking, you may wish to make a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act).
