Council has developed a mobile app Recyclopedia for all information related to waste management in the South Burnett region. This app allows you to report any issues online at your convenience such as:

• Missed bin collection
• Replacement of the bin due to bin damaged / stolen
• Addition or removal of a collection service
• Assisted bin collection
• Monthly waste account form (for regular disposal of chargeable materials)
• Request to obtain access code for select gated facilities
