Let us talk you through some of the amazing features of the app:

Find your collection day: Look up the customised calendar for your property.

Set reminders for bin day: Add an alarm to your phone to remind you about upcoming bin day and which bin to put out.

A-Z of waste: Not sure what goes in which bin? Take a look at the extensive list. General information about what can you out in the general waste bin and recycling bin can be found in the ‘Bin Info’ tab.

Waste and Recycling Facility information: Find details about your local facility, when it is open, and what it accepts. The ‘Recycle near me’ tab provides the information regarding the drop off points spread across our region where certain special materials are accepted for recycling.

Manage all waste requests to Council: Missed your collection? Need to replace your bin? Need to add or remove a waste collection service? Or have any other waste related enquiry? Navigate to the ‘Forms’ tab to manage all your requests directly through the app.
