Call for Nominations - South Burnett Community Hospital Foundation Limited
Nominations are called for the Director positions on the Board of Directors of South Burnett Community Hospital Foundation Limited (SBCHF) in accordance with the Company’s Constitution.
The Foundation is renewing its board to continue to concentrate on its charitable activities and through these the support for the Lady Bjelke-Petersen Community Hospital.

Nominees wishing to apply should complete the Nomination Form and the ACNC Responsible Entity Declaration form. You must supply a covering letter addressing the skills matrix and a comprehensive CV detailing your suitability, qualifications and experience relevant to the role of Director. All documents can be downloaded at www.southburnett.qld.gov.au.
