South Burnett Regional Council is inviting tenders for the sale of land located at 14 Earl Street Memerambi described as Lot 30 on RP36983.
This property is a regular shaped, near level, inside allotment of 1012 square metres. The land is in the village of Memerambi, located about 12 kilometres north of the Kingaroy CBD.
The scope of the contract of sale is for the successful tenderer to purchase the land from South Burnett Regional Council.
