South Burnett Regional Council is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from friendly, motivated and passionate community members interested in volunteering at our Visitor Information Centres (VIC
Volunteering involves day-to-day operations of the VICs, speaking with customers and advising visitors on their holiday activities. Duties include providing residents and visitors with details of key tourist attractions, local history, and unique venues within the region, as well as Council’s facilities.
Volunteers are invaluable to the success of various functions of Council. We offer our thanks for their community spirit - without their generosity, our range of services offered would be limited.
