Payment Options

BPay

Please contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make a payment from your Cheque or Savings Account, or by Master Card or Visa. More info:

Use Biller Code (21386) and your 8 digit Reference number that is located on the front of your notice, next to the BPAY symbol.

Payments made after your financial institutions payment cut off time will not be processed until the next business day.

Australia Post Payments

Payment can be made at Australia Post Billpay using the following options:

  • In person at Australia Post stores – please ensure you take your Rates Notice; or
  • Pay online at www.postbillpay.com.au.

Use the 4 digit Billpay Code (9177) and the 10 digit Reference number that is located on the front of your notice, next to the Australia Post Billpay symbol.

Payments after 5.00pm AEST will not be processed until the next business day.

Pay By Phone

Call 13 18 16 any time to pay with MasterCard or Visa. Use the 4 digit Billpay Code (9177) and the 10 digit Reference number that is located on the front of your notice, next to the Australia Post Billpay symbol.

Payments made after 5.00pm AEST will not be processed until the next business day.

Pay By Mail

Detach the bottom section of your notice and mail together with your cheque or money order made payable to South Burnett Regional Council (crossed not negotiable) and mail to:

Centrepay

Centrepay is a free service for Centrelink customers to pay bills as regular deductions from their Centrelink payments. To arrange a deduction, contact your nearest Centrelink office, or speak to Council's rates staff.

In Person

Payment can be made using cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card between the hours below from Monday to Friday at any of the following South Burnett Regional Council Customer Service Centres:
