Council advises that emergency flood repairs are currently planned for Peterson Drive, Coolabunia.
To safely complete these works, it is necessary to close vehicular access along Peterson Drive from Royles Road intersection to the D’Aguilar Highway intersection and a section of Mary Street. Access will remain available to Mary Street at the Northern end off D’Aguilar Highway. Detour signage along Sommerfelds Lane will be in place prior to commencement of works.
Below is a map of the extent of the closure.
Works are anticipated to commence on Wednesday 15 April 2026 from 7am to 2:30pm (subject to weather and machinery).
