Notification of Bridge Closure - Webbers Bridge - Webbers Bridge Road

South Burnett Regional Council advises that Webbers Bridge over Barambah Creek on Webbers Bridge Road, Stonelands is closed to all users, effective immediately.

Council has identified a safety issue with the timber bridge decking following an inspection. Council is actively arranging repairs to allow the bridge re-opening in a timely manner.

South Burnett Local Disaster Management Group LDMG – Stands Down

The South Burnett Local Disaster Management Group (LDMG) has met this morning, Thursday 24 September 2026, and has now stood down with the current fire warnings for the Teelah area being reduced to return with caution. The danger from the fire burning near Stretton Drive has reduced. The fire is now under control and will continue to burn over the coming days.
