South Burnett Regional Council advises that re-painting of doors and maintenance work will be carried out on the public amenities at the Wooroolin Rest Area, Dalton Park on Wednesday 28 October 2026 from 7am to 2pm.
To protect public safety, Council’s parks team will set up safety signage and fencing. The community is encouraged to keep clear of the amenities undergoing maintenance works.
During this time, the toilets and showers at the Wooroolin Rest Area will remain closed to the public. A portable toilet hire will be supplied at this location.
The nearest public toilets are located at Main Street Tingoora and Bunya Highway Memerambi.
The nearest public showers are located at Wondai Free Camp, Haly Street, Wondai.
