South Burnett Regional Council has an amazing opportunity for artists to create a public art mural on a privately owned building wall at the entrance of the Kingaroy to Kilkivan Rail Trail, located in Kingaroy.
This Invitation to Offer (ITO) seeks to engage an artist, or artists collective, to create and install a public art mural in keeping with Councils preferred design concept and the terms of this ITO.
