Council wishes to advise the Adermann Park toilets will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 7 July with completion anticipated by Friday 15 August 2025, subject to weather and material supply.
The refurbishment will include reconfiguration of the layout to allow for two unisex accessible cubicles. There will be new tapware and sinks, internal painting and flooring along with new toilet pans. These improvements will provide the community with a cleaner, safer and disability friendly public toilet.
Cr Deb Dennien said, “I am delighted to see these works planned to provide the community with improved facilities”.
These works are proudly funded by the Queensland Government through the Works for Queensland Program. The Adermann Park amenities refurbishment has been allocated $100,000 by Council which is a component of the Liveability Infrastructure – Parks Program, which received $895,303 in funding through the 2024-27 Works for Queensland Program.
Council apologises in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience while works are in progress.
