Parks Maintenance Works

South Burnett Regional Council advises the community that Council’s Parks and Gardens team will be carrying out maintenance works at the following locations:

• Butter Factory Park in Nanango on Tuesday 4 August 2026 from 7am to 2:30pm. These works include pressure washing BBQ shelter sheds, concrete pathways, and playground equipment.
• Lions Park in Nanango on Wednesday 5 August 2026 from 7am to 2:30pm. These works include pressure washing BBQ shelter sheds and concrete pathways.

Both parks will remain open to the public with sections closed for safety reasons while maintenance work is undertaken.

To protect public safety, Council’s Parks team will set up safety signage for the specific work area. The community is encouraged to keep clear of the areas undergoing maintenance.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
