With immediate effect, Council advises that Dead Horse Gully Bridge over Dead Horse Gully on Gayndah Hivesville Road, Wigton will be closed to all users, with a detour available through the side track.
Council has identified a defect with the timber bridge decking following an inspection. Council will commence further structural analysis of the structure to develop repair options for the bridge.
Signage will be in place to direct traffic through the side track.
