Notification of Bitumen Resealing Works

South Burnett Regional Council advises that bitumen resealing for the 2025/26 Bitumen Resealing Program has now commenced. We expect these works to continue until Saturday 10 January 2026, weather and resource availability permitting:

These works are jointly funded by the Queensland Government through the SBRC 2025/26 Capital Works budget, Roads to Recovery, Works for Queensland and Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme.

To provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage and/or with traffic controllers as required. Motorists are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
