To facilitate works, temporary traffic control measures will be in place, including lane closure and traffic control. Access for residents, property owners and motorists will be maintained where possible and managed by site staff.

Construction activity will generate noise from machinery and equipment, and there may be temporary restrictions to roadside access within the work area. Council appreciates the patience and cooperation of road users and nearby residents during this period.

Site works and construction activity will be performed Monday to Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm. The project is expected to be completed by Friday 6 November 2026 subject to weather and resources availability, followed by line marking works where required.

Works on these roads are being delivered through a combination of funding from the Australian Government Roads to Recovery Program and Black Spot Program, the Queensland Government Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme, and South Burnett Regional Council, with funding arrangements varying across individual projects.
