Notice of Special Council Meeting – Thursday 3 April 2025

In accordance with Section 254 (B) and 254 (C) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council advises that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 3 April 2025,

in the Warren Truss Chamber, 45 Glendon Street Kingaroy commencing at 10.00am for the purpose of:

• Development Permit for Material Change of Use for an Undefined Use (Battery Energy Storage System) at 1196 Ellesmere Road, Alice Creek (and described as Lot 6 on FY691);
• Negotiated Decision Request for development approval MCU23/0034 – for a Development Permit for Material Change of Use for a High Impact Industry (Sawmill) and Concurrent Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA) 47(b) - Timber Milling and Woodchipping

All other meetings will continue to be held at the previously advertised times unless otherwise notified.
