South Burnett Regional Council is excited to announce that a new swing has been installed at Memorial Park, Kingaroy. This new swing stands 4m high, higher than any other swing in the South Burnett, replacing the old timber swings. Memorial Park also has two smaller swing sets that are suitable for younger children.
“The old timber swing sets have been used by many generations including myself and my children. For those of you that remember the old set, you won’t be disappointed because the new set are just as wonderful,” said Cr Danita Potter.
The new swings are compliant, suitable for all ages and meet structural integrity, for the next generation of children to use and have fun!
