South Burnett Regional Council is excited to announce that a new Mouse Wheel is now open to the public at the Memerambi Park!
The Mouse Wheel is a new piece of playground equipment to promote fun, balance and rotating. Balancing involves learning to manage empty space in activities at height while rotating allows the child to experience thrills and speed. The 2m high Mouse Wheel is designed to be used by children 6 years + and allows for up to three children at a time to use the wheel.
Landscaping and tree planting will be carried out by Council’s Parks Team next week providing shade, enhancing biodiversity and future growth for this park.
Council endeavours to bring new equipment to the region to make our Parks fun and exciting for children and visitors.
This project was proudly funded by the Queensland Government through the Works for Queensland program.
