South Burnett Regional Council advises that construction of new car parks along the Youngman Street frontage of the Kingaroy Hospital are planned to commence during the week of Monday 9 November 2026. Signage will be in place during the works to guide traffic past the work site. Traffic control will be in place periodically to facilitate some stages of the work.
The project will deliver new kerb and channel to this section of Youngman Street as well as 14 new carparks.
Site works and construction activity will be performed Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 5:00pm with occasional weekend work.
This project has been funded under the Queensland Government’s Works for Queensland program.
