South Burnett Regional Council advises the community that certain areas at Railway Park, Proston will be temporarily closed for maintenance works commencing on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Council’s Parks team will be pressure cleaning the basketball court, skate park, play equipment and seating areas. To protect public safety, areas will be cordoned off with safety bollards and signage. The maintenance works are anticipated to be completed by Thursday 2 July 2026.
During this time, the park including the toilet block will remain open with limited access to areas being cleaned.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
