South Burnett Regional Council advises the community that Council’s Parks and Gardens team will be pressure washing pathways and shelter sheds at Queen Elizabeth II Park in Murgon on Tuesday mornings between 7am - 9:30am from 7 July to 31 July 2026.
For public safety, Council’s Parks team will set up safety signage for the specific work areas. Different areas of the park will be undergoing maintenance each Tuesday, commencing from the end of the park closest to Gore Street.
The park, toilet block and other pathways will remain open during these works, however the community is encouraged to keep clear of the area undergoing maintenance each week.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
