South Burnett Regional Council advises the community that Council’s Parks and Gardens team will be carrying out maintenance works at Pioneer Park in Nanango twice a week between Wednesday 8 July and Wednesday 22 July 2026.
These works include pressure washing pathways and shelter sheds and re-oiling timber frames. For public safety, Council’s Parks team will set up safety signage for the specific work areas each week. The community is encouraged to keep clear of the areas undergoing maintenance.
The park, toilet block and other pathways will remain open during these works and Council will ensure a shelter shed will be accessible for public use.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
