South Burnett Regional Council advises that re-painting work will be carried out on the public amenities at the Lions Park, Murgon from Tuesday 8 September 2026 to Thursday 10 September 2026.
To protect public safety, Council’s parks team will set up safety signage and fencing. The community is encouraged to keep clear of the amenities undergoing maintenance works.
During this time, the toilets at the Lions Park will remain closed to the public.
The nearest public amenities are located at Queen Elizabeth II Park on Lamb Street.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
