South Burnett Regional Council is pleased to announce the upgraded access to the Cloyna Transfer Station will be implemented on Monday 13 July 2026.
The facility will include an access control system to limit access to those who live within approved localities ensuring a safer, cleaner and more efficient facility for residents. The new access control system will require all users to scan the access fob to enter and exit the facility.
The localities authorised to utilise the new facility are:
In preparation for the implementation of the access gate, members of the public that live within the approved areas are encouraged to apply for an access fob. Please contact Council to obtain an application form for a fob. Those who live outside of the approved areas that wish to use the facility can apply and the application will be assessed on a case by case basis.
