South Burnett Regional Council advises the community that the dump point at Blackbutt will be closed from Friday 21 August to Wednesday 26 August 2026. Council is installing a concrete slab around the caravan dump point, to prevent the buildup of mud.
This project is part of Council’s maintenance works program.
The dump point will be cordoned off during this time. The nearest alternative dump points are located in Nanango, Maidenwell or Murgon.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst works are in progress.
