BP Family Fun Day

South Burnett Regional Council invites expressions of interest from market stall holders to participate in the BP Dam Family Fun Day, a free community event showcasing local talent, produce, crafts, and entertainment.

This event will take place at Bjelke Petersen Dam (Hagger Drive, MOFFATDALE QLD 4605) on Sunday, 28 June 2026, from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

We are seeking a variety of stalls including, but not limited to:

• Handmade arts and crafts
• Plants, fresh produce, and locally made goods
• Pet supplies and animal-related products or services
• Food and beverages
• Family-friendly services or community groups

Important Information for Stallholders:

• No site fee will be charged for approved stallholders.
• Stallholders must supply their own equipment (e.g. tables, marquees, signage) and be fully self-sufficient.
• No power will be available on site (Should you require power, please bring a generator)
• Stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance.
• Completion of an EOI does not guarantee acceptance.
• Council will assess EOIs to ensure a diverse and suitable range of offerings.
