Have your Say - Draft Community Plans

With assistance from the local communities the draft Community Plans have been developed with residents aiding Council in developing individual plans for their town’s future and setting priorities to progress the region.

Community catch up sessions for the finalisation of these plans will be held at the below locations:

• Wondai Memorial Hall - Tuesday 12 August 2025 at 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Proston Community Hall - Thursday 14 August 2025 at 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Kumbia Hall - Tuesday 19 August 2025 at 5.30 pm to 6.30pm
• Kingaroy Town Hall - Wednesday 20 August 2025 at 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Nanango Cultural Centre - Thursday 21 August 2025 at 5.30 to 6.30pm
• Maidenwell Memorial Hall - Monday 25 August 2025 at 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Murgon Town Hall - Tuesday 26 August 2025 at 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Blackbutt Library - Thursday 28 August 2025 at 4.00pm to 6.00pm
• Hivesville Memorial Park - Sunday 24 August 2025 at 12.00 noon after the Markets.

If you are unable to make one of the sessions and would like to provide feedback, the Community Plans are available to view online, with online surveys available to provide feedback. Simply visit Council’s website to have your say!  Feedback closes on Friday 5 September 2025.
