The project will be delivered in two different phases, with this tender request pertaining to Phase 1, outlined below:
- Stage area
- Roof structure
- Provision for removable surfacing at the back of the stage for future amenities and civil services
- Connection of electricity (3 phase) to the proposed stage
The works will include all labour, plant, materials, supervision, temporary works, quality controls, testing, survey, records and incidentals necessary to deliver the works in accordance with the contract documents.
