Council has redesigned the six (6) monthly rates and water notice, an explanation document can be found here or by scanning the QR code on the top of the newly issued rates and water notice. Alternatively, Council’s customer service officers or rates department staff are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding the new notice.
If you have not received your rate notice by Wednesday 5 March 2025, please contact your local Customer Service Centre for a copy to be mailed to you. Non-receipt of rate notices is not an acceptable excuse for late payment of rates.
Council’s customer service team is committed to providing exemplary customer service and will be happy to assist with rates enquiries. Council has zero-tolerance of abusive or unacceptable behaviour of customers. Swearing, threats, abuse, manipulation, and any act of violence will not be tolerated.
