The installation is planned to be carried out from Monday 20 January 2025 and is expected to be completed by approximately Friday 31 January 2025, weather permitting.
In order to provide a safe work environment for Council staff, contractors and users, traffic control and signage will be in place during the time of works to control flow of traffic and ensure pedestrian safety.
Some minor delays may be encountered and there will be road closures at some point. Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
Further communication will be provided with times of closures to affected businesses and residents with 24 hours’ notice prior to the closure commencing.
