PROGRAM SUPPORT OFFICER (NANANGO)

Maximum Term Full Time (up to 12 months)

$83K - $89K per annum + Allowances + Super

Council is seeking a motivated and skilled Officer to join our Technical Services and Fleet Branch. This multifaceted role will provide technical, administrative, and project support across a range of infrastructure services. The role will be responsible for responding to technical enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, preparing funding applications, coordinating tenders, quotes, and contracts, and monitoring financial performance and expenditure. In addition, this role will provide executive level administrative support and assist with quality management. The successful candidates will bring demonstrated experience in project management, a solid understanding of the technical and legislative requirements associated with infrastructure—including assets, construction, and maintenance—and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organisational and computer skills, combined with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, are essential for this position.

MANDATORY:

• Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver’s licence

• General Safety Induction for Construction Worker (White Card)

DESIRABLE:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration)
