CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (NANANGO)
Part Time - Maximum Term (12 months)
$69K - $73K per annum + Allowances + Super
Council is seeking a motivated officer to deliver high-quality customer service and provide professional administrative support within the Customer Solutions team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the team by delivering accurate, timely information and assistance to customers, maintaining a strong focus on individual needs, and offering courteous, helpful service at all times. The successful applicant will demonstrate previous experience in administration and/or customer service, with the capability to resolve enquiries effectively, build positive customer relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, team-based service environment.
MANDATORY:
• Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver’s licence
DESIRABLE:
• Certificate III in Business Administration
