Sale of Land for Overdue Rates

As a consequence of the land listed in the schedule below not selling at the public auction held on Tuesday 6 February 2024, Council wishes to advise that the land is now being offered for sale by negotiation. This sale is being conducted in accordance with section 144 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
