Council holds land for existing and future operational needs.
Some land parcels become surplus to operational requirements and Council may decide to divest of some of those land parcels in accordance with the Local Government legislation.
Council wishes to engage local real estate agents to provide real estate sales services to list council owned properties for sale on the open market and is offering a three-year contract to a successful real estate agent in each town within the South Burnett.
Services required include - listing for sale, marketing and managing the sale process.
Council reserves the right to undertake tender or sales processes under the Local Government Regulation 2012 prior to listing for sale on the open market and without the intervention of the appointed real estate agent.
