South Burnett has extended the swimming pool season

To assist the community until the reopening of the South Burnett Aquatic Centre in Nanango, which is temporarily closed for construction until mid-April,
South Burnett Regional Council advises the following swimming pools have extended their summer season before closures over winter.
- Wondai Swimming Pool: End of day Thursday 1 April 2021
- Murgon Swimming Pool: End of day Thursday 15 April 2021
- Kingaroy Swimming Pool: End of day Sunday 18 April 2021
- Blackbutt Swimming Pool: End of day Sunday 18 April 2021 (with reduced hours – 11am to 3pm)
- Proston Swimming Pool: End of day Sunday 18 April 2021
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused whilst the South Burnett Aquatic Centre in Nanango is closed and appreciates your patience while works are in progress.
