COVIDSAFE App - A key to opening up businesses

Back

Over 3 million Australians have voluntarily signed up for the COVIDSafe App, used to alert people who may be a risk of having contact with the virus.

COVIDSAFE will speed up the process of identifying people who have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus, stopping further spread to the community.

Why should you download the APP? By downloading COVIDSAFE this will speed up the process by being able to identify others whom you have been in close contact with when someone has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus. It will also assist in stopping further spread to the community and protecting your family and friends from possible infection and to help slow the spread of this virus.

The more people that download the COVIDSAFE APP the sooner we will see small and family businesses reopen across the country.

Please encourage your family, friends and work colleagues to sign up to COVIDSAFE, the more Australians that signup the faster we will start to see restrictions ease.

To download the app simply visit COVIDSafe.

To promote the app on social media, a number of resources are available here.
