Approving Plan of Subdivision

Schedule 18 of the Planning Regulation 2017 prescribes the process for approval of plans of subdivision by Council. The process provides that a person may request an approval by giving written notice to Council. The schedule also establishes the criteria that Council must assess the request against. Council adopted a form to assist applicants to make the request to Council.
