South Burnett Regional Council will be hosting the 13th Annual Australia Day Awards ceremony on Sunday 24 January 2021 at the Wondai Memorial Hall. Invitation only due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Live entertainment and a sausage sizzle will be provided for the public at the conclusion of the Australia Day Awards Ceremony from 2:00pm - 3:00pm outside Wondai Memorial Hall.

This Australia Day the town is putting on a country celebration for the community and visitors to come together and enjoy the best of this country in a day out in Blackbutt.

Boondooma Homestead will be hosting an evening Australia Day event starting at 5.00 pm with a Flag Raising Ceremony followed by a BBQ Dinner for a gold coin donation.

The Kingaroy Australia Day celebrations will be held at the Kingaroy Cricket Club beginning with a free breakfast cooked by the Kingaroy Lions Club from 7:00am.

The members of the Queensland Dairy & Heritage Museum have organised activities on Australia Day for you to participate and enjoy.

Nanango Tourism and Development Association Inc. (NaTDA Inc.) will be hosting a breakfast from 7:00 - 9:00am at Nanango Showground, followed by a morning of entertainment and treats for the kids.

Nanango RSL Sub Branch will be hosting a BBQ spit out the front of the RSL with live entertainment inside from 12 noon.

Head on down to Wondai’s Memorial Hall for breakfast on Australia Day from 7:00-9:00am.

The Hivesville Progress Association would like to invite the residents of the local and surrounding areas to celebrate the local Australia Day Awards at the Hivesville Memorial Park at 7:00am.
