Lease of Coolabunia Saleyards and Council Dip Facilities

Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for the lease to manage and operate the Coolabunia Saleyards and/or Council’s Dip Facilities.
The facilities are being offered as per its current operational condition and respondents are required to undertake their own investigations as to the quality and fitness for use of the facilities and improvements for their intended purpose.
Respondents may express an interest in the individual facilities and/or all facilities.

The facility holds fortnightly cattle sales, speciality store and fat sales, breeder shows and sales.
Tick Clearing Facilities
All cattle moving across the tick line which require inspection or treatment can use the Wondai, Proston, Coolabunia or Nanango Tick Clearing Dips.

Stock Route Water Facilities
Council manage stock route water facilities for the purpose of travelling stock or watering stock in drought periods. The water is not suitable for human consumption and is not a reliable supply.
