Drayton Street, Nanango

Wednesday, 6 November 12:00pm to 3:00pm

As a part of Council’s routine maintenance program and its commitment to ensure the long term sustainability and efficiency of our water infrastructure, Council will be conducting lock up testing, which involves isolating the water supply, on the valves along Drayton Street, Nanango.

This maintenance is to be carried out on Wednesday, 6 November 2019. It is expected that residents may experience intermittent loss of water supply between approximately 12.00pm and 3.00pm, unexpected circumstances may alter these times.

Council also wishes to advise that the Nanango Standpipes will be unavailable during this time.

Residents are advised to take appropriate action such as, turning off hot water system and storing enough water for this period. Toilets may be satisfactorily flushed by quickly discharging a 10 litre bucket of water in the pedestal.

Council apologises for any inconvenience that this work may cause and thanks you in advance for your patience.
